1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how D15 AI Marketing (the "Service") handles information when you use our websites, applications, and related tools for AI-assisted social media and marketing workflows.
By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information you provide
We may process information you submit directly, such as:
- account details (for example name, email address, and role);
- organization or company/workspace profile information;
- brand settings, preferences, and configuration choices;
- support or administrative messages you send through the Service; and
- billing-related contact details if a paid plan is used.
4. OAuth, access tokens, and permissions
When you authorize a connection, third-party platforms may issue access tokens, refresh tokens, and permission scopes to the Service. We use these credentials to perform actions you request (for example reading account metadata or publishing content) within the granted scopes.
Tokens and related secrets are stored using the Service's credential-protection mechanisms and are not intended to be displayed back to users in plaintext. You can revoke platform access through the Service (where available) or through the third-party platform's own security settings.
5. Content uploaded or created through D15
We may process:
- videos, images, captions, hashtags, and related media you upload;
- product photos, logos, and the text, prices, and contact details you enter for advertising creatives in Photo Studio;
- montage, editing, scheduling, and publishing metadata;
- AI-assisted drafts, plans, transcripts, or other generated materials created in the Service; and
- publication history and status information.
Content is processed to provide the features you use. Publishing to a third-party platform sends the relevant content and metadata to that platform under its terms and privacy practices.
6. Service and technical usage information
Like most online services, we may process technical and operational information such as approximate device/browser type, timestamps, IP address or network metadata, request logs, error diagnostics, and feature-usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
7. How information is used
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, and improve D15 AI Marketing functionality;
- authenticate users and protect accounts;
- connect and manage social integrations you authorize;
- process uploads, editing, AI assistance, and publishing workflows;
- monitor reliability, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse; and
- comply with legal obligations where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use connected-account tokens for unrelated advertising networks outside the Service's stated functionality.
8. Third-party platforms and APIs
The Service relies on third-party platforms and infrastructure. When you connect an account or publish content, relevant data is shared with that platform as required to complete the requested action. Those platforms process data under their own policies, which we do not control.
9. AI and service providers
Where AI or other subprocessors are enabled for your workspace, limited content or prompts may be sent to those providers solely to deliver the requested feature (for example drafting or analysis). Provider availability and data-handling practices depend on the integrations configured for your environment.
Hosting, database, logging, and similar infrastructure providers may process data as needed to run the Service.
10. Retention and deletion requests
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain security and audit trails, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods can vary by data type and account status.
You may request deletion or export of account-related data through the available account controls or by contacting the D15 AI Marketing administrator associated with your workspace. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period, or where retention is required by law or legitimate security needs.
11. Security practices
Account, workspace, and content data is stored on the servers and databases used to operate the Service. Each company workspace keeps its own media, settings, and connected accounts.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption for sensitive credentials where implemented. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- access or correct certain account information;
- request deletion of certain data;
- disconnect social accounts and revoke platform permissions;
- export or download available content where the product supports it; and
- object to or restrict certain processing where legally applicable.
Use in-product settings where available, or contact your D15 AI Marketing administrator to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
13. Children
The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. Do not use the Service if you are not permitted to do so under applicable law.
14. Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when a revision is posted. Continued use of the Service after an update indicates acknowledgment of the revised Policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
15. Contact
Privacy questions or requests may be directed to the D15 AI Marketing account administrator or the contact channel provided with your account or service agreement. This page does not list a separate public mailing address, phone number, or email address.
3. Connected social-media accounts
If you connect a third-party platform (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, or similar services), we may process account identifiers and profile metadata returned by that platform, including display names, usernames/handles, account IDs, and connection status needed to operate publishing and management features.
The exact data available depends on the permissions you approve and the APIs offered by each platform.
